A bit of unplanned but within the next few days (maybe even sooner) we will be releasing a small, iPhone optimized Translink Bus Schedule application that will allow you to quickly look up for any bus stop on the territory of Vancouver, BC.

If application has success we will expand it to support Toronto transit system and over the time most of the bigger cities in Canada and we can guarantee that it will remain free for the time to come. At this point, we are also debating including a text based ads (only one 124 character ad per screen) in the system.

Make sure to drop by again in few days and test it. Then let us know any thoughts and suggestions you might have.

Since it’s a Web App, it will work on all Iphone and iPhone 3G platforms (firmware 1.1.1 to 2.0.2)
